The National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (National SMC) announced winners for The Nationals honoring the best in new home sales, marketing and design. Edward Andrews Homes (EA Homes) was awarded “Best Commercial” silver honors for the lifestyle video promoting its Grant Park townhome community, The Swift.

With the uniquely connected lifestyle at the forefront of the sales experience and the true draw for early buyers, the marketing team at Edward Andrews wanted to find a unique way for potential buyers to ‘catch the current’ at The Swift. The video, created in partnership with Evolved Cinema, captures the vibrant and electric lifestyle of the community and illustrates the connectivity of the BeltLine and range of buyers to whom The Swift appeals.
