Hermes Awards for home builder public relations

Home builder public relations agency, Denim Marketing recently won nine 2024 Hermes Creative Awards for its public relations campaigns and projects. An emerging high-growth build-to-rent platform developer, Trilogy Investment Co., was featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle in Trilogy Investment Co. CEO: Build-to-rent offers flexibility over equity.

Hermes Honorable Mentions

Additionally, Denim Marketing received two honorable mentions. In the marketing category, the Kiper HomesKey to Your Heart social media campaign won for a campaign designed to increase engagement and drive traffic to model homes.

The second honorable mention is in the media relations category for a newspaper placement published in the Rockdale-Newton Citizen. Townhome Development Coming to Glen Road in Rockdale County announced that land developer Blue River Development has sold a 139-townhome community to Smith Douglas.
