Atlanta-based marketing firm Denim Marketing is excited to announce three of its team members will return to speak at the 2021 International Builders’ Show (IBS), presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Offered virtually for the first time in its 77-year history, the IBS Virtual Experience (IBSx) includes real-time, semi-live and on-demand presentations to provide an extended programming experience.
The Denim Marketing team has a total of four presentations, including two Tech Bytes and two Building Knowledge sessions, on an assortment of topics including business management and various social media strategies.
Denim Marketing President and Founder Carol Morgan is speaking at IBS for the 15th consecutive year. She will moderate the following Building Knowledge panel sessions:
- Social Media for All: Strategies for Large & Small Builders in 2021
- Semi-live on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, from 1 to 1:45 p.m.
- Pants Optional: Why Working Remotely Can Be Better for Operations & Company Culture
- Semi-live on Thursday, February 11, 2021, from 1 to 1:45 p.m.
Social Media for All features a small, medium and large home builder sharing what is working well for their companies and what social media tactics on Facebook provide the best paid and organic return on investment. The panel she coordinated for this session includes Amy Alexander with Sublime Homes, Joe Morrissey with Foxlane Homes and Kelly Kenton Fink formerly of The Providence Group of Georgia.
Her second session, Pants Optional, explores if a permanent work-from-home environment is a realistic option. This session includes Jimmy Diffee with Bokka Group, Greg Bray of Blue Tangerine and Stuart Platt with Outhouse.
Senior Account Manager Courtney Rogers returns for her third year to present the following Tech Bytes session:
- Beyond ‘Boost’: Effective Facebook Ad Setup
- On-demand
Social media advertising is overtaking traditional print media with more than 86% of U.S. marketers using Facebook. Finally, Account Manager Mandy Holm returns for her third consecutive year to present the following Tech Bytes session:
- Instagram: All the Nitty Grid-y
- On-demand
When approached purposefully, Instagram can help home builders connect with target audiences and improve audience engagement, brand identity, lead creation and conversions. Instagram: All the Nitty Grid-y shows how to execute a planned Instagram strategy by creating a cohesive Instagram grid, determining appropriate, optimized content, understanding the pros and cons of a dedicated Instagram website page, using intentional hashtags and more.
