Denim Marketing recently won Best Social Media Campaign at the 2021 OBIE Awards presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) for the 41st year. Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Denim Marketing on the impressive win!
Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio has been recording podcasts for 11 years – a great milestone in the podcasting industry. As of June 30, 2021, the show had recorded 1,026 episodes. Much of the show’s success is thanks to the continued support of the real estate industry and having New American Funding as its sponsor and partner. New American Funding is a family-owned mortgage lender with a servicing portfolio of over 123,000 loans for $30.4 billion, 198 branches and 3,100 employees. The company’s southeast division is led by well-known industry professional Kelly Allison.
“We are so thankful for the continued support from New American Funding,” Carol Morgan, president of Denim Marketing, said. “This incredible partnership allows us to deliver diverse and inclusive topics while chatting with industry trailblazers.”
This past year, Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio celebrated several milestones, including its iconic 1,000th episode on March 31, 2021, and its 11th anniversary on October 11, 2021. The show continues to gain momentum and popularity on the website, www.AtlantaRealEstateForum.com, via the daily emails, show videos on YouTube, episode blogs and promotion across social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
Traffic generated by the radio show continues to be among the top content on the Atlanta Real Estate Forum website. Traffic on the most popular blog posts is within the 500 to 1,000 pageview range. These posts include shows with Rick Arvielo, Melanie Mickie with Rockhaven Homes, First Home Gwinnett, Newport South Downtown and Dr. Elliot Eisenberg.
Overall traffic to the website is up significantly year over year. Through various podcast apps (iTunes, Stitcher, etc.), the show receives 10,000 downloads a month, and this reach is expanded further through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest posts. For social media promotion, a typical Facebook reach is 24,000 a month with 29,000 impressions and 1,400 interactions.
To celebrate the show’s ongoing success, the show graphics were revised to include a show episode count, with great emphasis on the partnership with New American Funding. Show interviews showcased New American Funding leadership, the company’s emphasis on serving the underserved and diversity and inclusion, as well as the focus on fantastic customer service.
For instance, Jose Plascencia focuses on the Latino community at his branch. His entire team is bilingual and understands how to help Spanish-speaking clients with the mortgage process. Kim Arrington promotes the New American Dream initiation focused on helping black families realize the dream of owning a home. This is achieved in many ways including a credit check and a plan to improve it. This initiative not only provides clients with educational backing, but it allows them to feel comfortable with the loan process.
