President and CEO DeAnn Golden and President and Executive Luxury Strategist Lori Lane with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties join the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast to chat about the company’s brokerage and new home services, navigating the real estate industry as women and upcoming projects. Golden and Lane join host Carol Morgan on the All About Real Estate segment.

Golden shared that her relationship with Lane first started when she relocated to Atlanta and Lane sold her a house. This impactful moment in Golden’s life led to a professional relationship spanning 18 years, morphing from client to friend. Golden is celebrating 26 years in the industry, with 18 spent at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
Golden said, “That’s how we began collaborating, getting to know one another and working to open doors for people. She opened mine here in Atlanta.”
Lane shared that the two became neighbors after she decided to move into the same neighborhood, allowing the two to watch each other’s kids grow up while they each grew within the industry.
Entering its 60th year in the Atlanta and metro markets, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties expands across 29 offices and is home to nearly 16,000 sales professionals. With a considerable roster of offices and services, residents relocating anywhere in the state of Georgia have access to the unprecedented resources of the full corporation spanning three continents and 12 countries with over 1,500 offices and 50,000 sales professionals around the world.
Running the New Homes Division since 2006, Lane had the opportunity to focus on the branch as if it were a separate company under the well-known banner of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. This allowed Lane to bring in new initiatives and tools exclusive to new construction with the added benefit of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services company resources.
Lane said, “We’re just continuing to grow…We have incredible clients and new projects!”
Assisting with the growth of the popular Trilith development, Lane touched on the exciting developments happening at Trilith Studios and the Town at Trilith with the expansion of the Georgia film industry. Another noteworthy project, the town of Senoia recently ramped up construction on new home opportunities, with several ready to sell and close.
