Today’s Atlanta Real Estate Forum radio show detailed this week’s Deal of the Week from FrontDoor Communities. Hosts Todd Schnick and Carol Morgan discussed the builder’s deal that comes from their CopperLeaf community in Kennesaw.
Fro ntDoor Communities is offering half-off full basements in CopperLeaf with contracts written by July 17. There are only 24 total home sites available in this community, and pricing starts from the high $300,000s. Buyers have the option to select from 11 unique floor plans including four new options.
The features and finishes in these homes vary per plan but each features exceptional details. Some include main level owner suites, a brand new ranch-style plan, 10-foot ceilings on the main floor and covered porches. The houses range between three and five bedrooms and can include up to four bathrooms. The square footage ranges between 2,500 to more than 4,000, and through FrontDoor’s deal, buyers have the opportunity to increase that space with an additional basement.

For college students in the community, Kennesaw State University is conveniently located nearby. Parents will love the schools available to their younger children being able to attend Hayes Elementary School, Pine Mountain Middle and Kennesaw Mountain High.
