2025 Atlanta Parade of Homes

A proud Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association member since 2005, David Weekley Homes will spotlight six of its communities on the organization’s largest annual spring showcase of new homes across metro Atlanta. Slated to take place over the course of three weekends – April 26-27, May 3-4, and May 10-11 – the Atlanta Parade of Homes involves FREE self-guided tours of a wide variety of homes and townhomes offering a diversity of styles, locations, and price points throughout Metro Atlanta. Anyone interested in participating in the Parade of Homes is encouraged to download the Atlanta Parade of Homes app on the App Store or Google Play to find dates for upcoming tours, a map of homes on tour, resources to help them make informed housing decisions and more.

“The Parade of Homes is an excellent opportunity for homebuyers to tour local communities and see firsthand what sets different builders apart,” said Adam Cornett, Atlanta Division President for David Weekley Homes. “Whether you’re a longtime David Weekley Homes fan or you’re just hearing about us for the first time, the Parade offers a chance to see what we’re all about, discover our current communities, and explore what we have available throughout Metro Atlanta. Even if you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for during the Parade, it’s important to note that if our architectural and design style resonates with you, we have several exciting new home communities on the horizon for our Metro Atlanta lineup – including the cities of Canton, Decatur, Dallas, Gainesville, and McDonough.”

The six David Weekley Homes’ Metro Atlanta communities that will be featured all three weekends of the Atlanta Parade of Homes include:
