The OBIE Awards, presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), recognize outstanding achievements within the homebuilding industry and serve as the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Samantha Dillon, lead designer at Crosby Design Group, found her inspiration for Seven88 from a Manhattan modern design palette, selecting high-performance materials with clean lines to offer a unique blend of textures and colors within the amenities and private quarters.

“The inspiration of the Seven88 high-rise condos and amenity areas came from the unique characteristics of the surrounding West Atlanta area,” Dillon said. “I love how the design blends a casual, industrial and modern elegance in such a subtle way to reflect the demographic’s personality.

“Through the design, I have pulled together a collection of industrial materials, such as iron, glass, brick and concrete, all refined with a sleek, clean finish to perfectly blend old/casual with new/elegance. This inspiration is carried throughout the stunningly sleek stairwell at the lobby, the peninsula open fireplace at the club, the pool and patio areas, perfect for entertaining, and the condo spaces themselves.”
