“The inspiration of the Seven88 high-rise condos and amenity space came from the unique characteristics of the surrounding West Atlanta area,” Samantha Dillon, lead designer at Crosby Design Group, said. “I love how the design blends a casual, industrial and modern elegance in such a subtle way to reflect the vibe of West Midtown.

“Design elements in the amenities were chosen to highlight industrial materials, such as iron, glass, brick and concrete, all refined with a sleek, clean finish to perfectly blend with a sophisticated interior.”

Seven88 features resort-style amenities including state-of-the-art fitness and outdoor yoga facilities, a dog spa, indoor dog park, saltwater pool, outdoor lounge and kitchen with built-in grill, Big Green Egg and firepit. Concrete floating stairs in the lobby open onto the second-level club amenity with ribbon fireplace all overlooking the pool and beautiful skyline view. A retractable wall opening from the deck to the clubroom offers the perfect space for residents to entertain guests from the demonstration kitchen or relax by the open fireplace.
