Full-service interior design firm Crosby Design Group is excited to announce the completion of The Brunswick, a multi-family project in Norcross. The firm, owned by Jennifer Crosby, created full interior design documents and specified all finishes, as well as selected and purchased all furniture for the project.
“We really wanted this project to have meaning to the city,” Laura Anderson, lead designer with Crosby Design Group, said. “We gathered inspiration from Norcross’ historic Brunswick Hotel and train station, as well as included local art and antiques to make it uniquely Norcross.”
The Brunswick, named for The Brunswick Hotel which opened 150 years ago in Norcross and has since been demolished, pays homage to the location’s historic roots with a coordinated Gatsby-themed style throughout its interior designs. Set on 3.3 acres, the project is located just steps from downtown Norcross at the corner of Buford Highway and Holcomb Bridge Road.
“Crosby Design Group begins a project by dreaming the design concepts and then we develop the design into reality,” Crosby said. “It is so rewarding to be able to walk through a finished project and see how the conceptual design was delivered into a physical space.”
The Brunswick features one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed with the latest finishes and features. Residents enjoy a community with high-end amenities, connectivity to Lillian Webb Park, a 5-acre backyard with walking trails, interactive splash pad and fountains, and walkability to destination shopping and dining in historic downtown Norcross.
The Brunswick was developed by The City of Norcross and The Norcross Downtown Development Authority, Gateway Ventures Real Estate and Centro Development, built by New South Construction and designed by architect Dwell Design Studio. Property management is by RangeWater Real Estate and Crosby Design Group selected interior finishes and design options throughout the amenities and units.
