On January 23, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) held its annual Installation and Awards Ceremony at the Omni Hotel in the Battery. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour followed by the ceremony, during which the GAHBA’s 2025 officers and board members were sworn in, and 2024 award winners were recognized. In recognition of the services that our Chapters provide, the GAHBA honors one Chapter President for outstanding excellence and member service. At this year’s ceremony, Craig Nolen with Adam Homes was recognized as the 2024 Chapter President of the Year!
A Fantastic Honor
The chapter system is an excellent opportunity for our large membership to network within their business’ geographic footprint. Currently, seven chapters represent ten counties, including the City of Atlanta, and all provide educational and networking opportunities specific to those areas. In 2024, Craig Nolen demonstrated exceptional leadership with the Forsyth Chapter, securing high attendance through compelling speakers and joint events with the North Fulton Chapter. Under his leadership, the chapter’s meetings featured diverse venues and drew strong builder participation. Craig’s efforts reflect his dedication to the GAHBA.
