Vice President of Client Services for Denim Marketing, Courtney Stewart is making Atlanta real estate history as she helps usher in a new generation of leadership in our industry. So far in her career, the Atlanta native has forged a space within the industry that provides her with the tools to empower women, fulfill client needs and educate industry members on the ups and downs of real estate marketing.
In her role at Denim Marketing, Stewart manages a variety of clients, including some of the agency’s largest home builder and developer accounts. Her expertise includes budgeting, creating and managing advertising plans, and writing quality content to increase client exposure while improving search engine rankings for client websites. In addition, Courtney is experienced at delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs and works to influence return on investment for clients in all that she does.
Courtney demonstrates her “can do” attitude and comfortable personality daily. Her ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the agency is irreplaceable.
A native of Dallas, Georgia, Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia and a minor in speech communication.
Her impressive career with Denim Marketing has enabled her to hold many impactful roles across the industry, including serving as a Professional Women in Building – Atlanta Chapter Board Member for seven years, with three of those years dedicated to an executive position. Courtney currently serves as the Chair of PWB as the council celebrates its tenth anniversary. Courtney was also an inaugural member and the first-ever Chair of the Young Professionals Group in Atlanta, a position she held for two years. In addition, Stewart has spoken at the International Builders’ Show for five consecutive years, was a committee member for the Parade of Homes for three years and is a Certified Houzz Marketing Consultant.
Courtney also participated in the inaugural Young Professionals Group Emerging Leaders program and was previously nominated for the 2020 IMPACT Award Nominee by the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber of Commerce and the 2020 My Home Improvement Magazine Atlanta Rising Star of the Home Industry award.
In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Dawgs between the hedges on Saturdays in the fall, spending summer weekends on Lake Hartwell or Allatoona and visiting her friends that have scattered throughout metro Atlanta since graduating. She also runs Stewart’s Ridge, a travel-focused blog and Instagram to document her varied travels. Currently, Courtney resides in North Cobb with her husband and yellow lab, Frisco.
