Residents of our condos in Midtown are about to get a pleasant wakeup call with the new Café Intermezzo scheduled to open their newest location in 12th and Midtown in November. The European-style coffee house currently has popular locations in Buckhead, Dunwoody, downtown Atlanta and the airport, but will close their longtime Buckhead location when their new 12th and Midtown hot spot opens.

I think they are more serving to our client base and demographic. They’re more dense in population. The 12th & Midtown project developed by [Atlanta-based] Selig Enterprises and the [Birmingham, Ala.-based] Daniel Corp. is an impressive project with not just current growth but permanent, long-term growth.”

Café  Intermezzo will be joining several other popular restaurants and shops at 12th and Midtown. Residents already enjoy dining at Ri Ra Irish Pub, Cucina Asselina, Piola, RA Sushi and more.
