Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Century Communities for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Off-Site Signage category for its Villages at Settingdown Creek community in Forsyth County. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Century Communities wanted to generate excitement while providing attractive, thoughtfully placed and well designed off-site community information and directions to the sales center. The builder was able to achieve an easily read and recognizable brand that stands out through thoughtful use of placement, color and design. The signs are informative and attractive, and they reflect a high level of professional appeal. Use of the signs is directly responsible for generating approximately 58 percent of all traffic to the community and ultimately sales.
