Mark your calendars for one of the most anticipated events in Atlanta! The 2016 SweetWater 420 Festival is coming to Centennial Olympic Park from April 22 to 24. The lineup includes top names such as Kid Rock, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, Bastille, Ludacris, The Roots, Awolnation, The Disco Biscuits, Cypress Hill and much more! At the 420 Lyrics & Laughter Stage, comedian headliner Judah Friedlander and other local acts will be showcasing their talent.

There’s much more to this exciting festival than just music, laughter and drinks. April 22 is Earth Day, and each year the SweetWater 420 Fest makes an effort to promote eco-friendliness and environmental awareness. Planet 420 Eco-Village will be the hotspot for non-profit organizations to educate patrons through hands-on workshops about how they can help preserve the planet. In addition to this philanthropic deed, 420 Fest invites a host of craft vendors to display their work in the artist market for when attendees want to take a break from the main stage.

After celebrating at the ultimate spring kick-off in Atlanta, be sure to check out the 420 Fest 5K in the same location for an unforgettable calm right after the first day of this three-day festival. Race day is April 23 from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., beginning on Centennial Olympic Park Drive near Andrew Young International Blvd and finishing near the Marietta St. Andrew Young park entrance.
