The Atlanta Real Estate Forum radio show was visited by Caroline Simmel, the senior Vice President of Marketing at Edward Andrews Homes. Simmel spoke with hosts Todd Schnick and Carol Morgan about Edward Andrews’ new design center in Alpharetta, current deals, the company’s approach to homebuilding and more.
Simmel started off the show by explaining Edward Andrews’ collaboration with Our House. Throughout June, the company will be offering two parts of the promotion. Anyone who visits an Edward Andrews sales center will be entered for a chance to in a $5,000 Our House Room Makeover, and anyone who signs a contract by June 30 will be entered to win a $20,000 room makeover.
Edward Andrews has a new design center in Alpharetta, which is designed specifically to cater to their customers’ needs. The building is only 5,000 square feet in area and is meant to emulate a spa or restaurant rather than a traditional design center. Without any physical samples for customers to look at, they rely on personality quizzes and an array of algorithms to narrow down what a consumer wants. By having a better grasp of what the customer wants before they even arrive, Edward Andrews can be more specific with them, increase their satisfaction and give them something to depend on.
With a buyer-centric homebuilding process, Edward Andrews Homes places its customer’s needs first and strives to meet them. The design center gives customers a platform to imagine the home they want, so Edward Andrews can build it for them. This dedication to customer service has led to a growing business, which will include more than 20 communities by the end of 2016 and between 30 and 35 communities by 2017.
One of the communities Simmel highlighted was their Harlow community on the Roswell-Alpharetta line. Near Milton High School, this 334 town home community features seven Edward Andrews’ products and was inspired by historic Charleston. Its resort-style lifestyle caters to many types of buyers and builds a sense of community through its beautiful clubhouse with two pools, parks, concierge service, yoga on the lawn, food trucks and more.
Town homes are becoming increasingly popular options because of the easy, low-maintenance lifestyle they offer. Edward Andrews caters to that with several of their townhome communities. Lylebrooke in Smyrna has 64 town homes available, includes a pool and cabana and is connected to Silver Comet Trail. Havenridge in Roswell has 82 opportunities starting in the $400,000s and is in the Pope High School district. In Marietta, there are options as well with Fairvue at Indian Hills and the 55 and over age restricted Edenton.
As Simmel described, Edward Andrews Homes is a growing company that has found success through accommodating every customer. They’re innovative design center process results in greater satisfaction and better projects. They continue to stay up to date on the latest trends by offering a number of townhome communities, so consumers can reap those benefits too.
