Private home builders in Atlanta want to focus on what they do best, crafting houses for satisfied customers rather than investing time on sales and marketing to close those homes. Tamra Wade, president of Tamra Wade and Partners, joins this week’s All About Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio with co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick to discuss how her team employs successful marketing strategies so builders can continue building.
Wade’s real estate career began in 1999 selling homes. A decade later, Wade joined RE/MAX and learned the reselling side of her field. Now, her company works for multiple private builders throughout the metro Atlanta area.
“There’s nowhere we won’t go,” said Wade.
Tamra Wade and Partners is a fully staffed marketing team that handles marketing and signage, websites, social media and collateral. The company watches marketing trends to bring on innovative techniques as available. The company also employs a contracts and closing coordinator, who ensures that builders are protected from the start of construction through closing, as well as sales managers on site and training agents.
In 2016, Tamra Wade and Partners was ranked No. 1 in Atlanta, closing 850 homes in that year, and third in the country. According to Wade, the company is on track to duplicate those numbers this year. She is particularly excited about a new community of townhomes at Park at Parsons Town Square by Home South Communities in Duluth, which is experiencing revitalization. CORE Homebuilders is another builder in East Atlanta with affordable, spacious homes that are selling quickly. Additionally, Expo Homes is an entry builder in Winder, building townhomes with a number of upgraded standards included form a surprising price point.
