At this year’s 42nd Annual OBIE Awards, Brandi Mosses with Renasant Bank was awarded Mortgage Professional of the Year! On behalf of the Greater Atlanta home Builders Association (HBA), the OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) to recognize leaders within metro Atlanta’s new home construction industry. Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Mosses on this incredible achievement!

It is said that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life; Mosses is a shining example of this. Ask her what she loves, and she will tell you that she is enthusiastic about teaching and helping with the dream of homeownership. Her passion for educating single moms on how to own their homes through the community homebuyer program shows her dedication and passion.

Her goal is to treat each customer as if it were her personally buying a home. She is dedicated to a smooth process for the homebuyer and supplies excellent customer service to each buyer. This individual has 27 years in the mortgage industry and has collaborated with well-known leaders in the industry including Fidelity Bank, AmTrust and Sunshine Mortgage.

Mosses has won numerous awards over the years including MBAG’s Gold, Silver and President’s Awards and has been a top producer in her organization. Her abilities include servicing large accounts such as builders and real estate offices and securing high capture rates and volume for her organization.

When she is not working, Mosses spends time with family and friends and enjoys fishing, cheering her children on while they play sports, traveling, decorating, cooking and drawing. She has two children, her son Brooks and her daughter, Phoebe.
