Bradley Hall Named Council Chair of the Year

Congratulations to Bradley Hall of Hall Design Build for being named Council Chairman of the Year by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA). The GAHBA kicked off its 75th anniversary and installed its newly elected officers and board members during the annual Installation & Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, January 15, at the Omni Hotel at the Battery.

The Council Chairman of the Year is presented for outstanding excellence and member service. The GAHBA has five active, dynamic councils that provide education and networking opportunities for several of the diverse special interests of its members.

Bradley Hall lead the Remodelers Council to be the fasting growing Remodelers Council in its class nationwide where it will be recognized at the International Builders Show. He cultivated a board of directors for the remodelers council that along with assistance from staff, held 2 successful education lunches, one very successful bowling tournament with over 80 participating, and 2 additional networking socials throughout the year. It experienced a 92% growth rate nearly doubling from where it began the year. He also was a HomeAid Project Leader for the kitchen repair project at Rainbow Village in April.

Hall Design Build builds custom homes in East Cobb in addition to mid-to-major renovation projects throughout Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and the surrounding areas.

Hall has designed an effective three step process for working with homeowners:

Phase I
A Hall Design Build interior designer creates an “as-built” plan, takes measurements and talks with the homeowner to find out what changes they want to make. From there, the client comes to the office to review the proposed plan options. Upon completion, Phase I results in a floor plan.

Phase II
The second phase dives into the details of the plan such as appliance and window options. The project manager goes onsite to meet the engineer to determine what structural changes can be made. All selections are made in this phase so that, upon completion of Phase II, everything is compiled into a budget.

Phase III
Any necessary modifications are made to ensure the project stays within budget. From here the builder  offers a guaranteed price, drafts a customer agreement and starts work.

In addition to being hands-on and involved in its projects, the firm’s industry involvement makes Hall Design Build stand out. Bradley revitalized the Atlanta Remodelers Council as its Chairman.
