Brad Mills Joins St. Bourke Team as Manager – Land Disposals

St. Bourke, an asset management and property development company, is excited to announce the appointment of Brad Mills as Manager – Land Disposals. Brad will lead St. Bourke’s disposal management initiatives for its investment clients in his new role.

Mills has extensive experience in underwriting, financial modeling and analysis, market research and tracking. He worked with Stolz Partners (formerly SF Capital Group) for nine years before joining Rockhaven Homes as their Land Acquisition Manager, leading over $250 million in land acquisitions.

As Manager – Land Disposals, Mills will focus on creating and implementing processes and procedures that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of disposal efforts across the portfolio. He is responsible for broker relationship management, asset positioning strategy, marketing collateral management, preparation and management of due diligence files, managing the Call for Offers process, coordination of the closing process, and consistent market tracking and reporting.

Mills holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Truett-McConnell College.
