Berkshire Hathaway, Marketing Results Win OBIE for Wescott Sales Office

Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Berkshire Hathaway New Homes Division and Marketing Results for winning a Gold OBIE in the Model Home Sales Office category for Westcott by Patrick Malloy Communities. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The Wescott sales center is housed in a 400 square foot, two-car garage yet still exudes luxury for the upscale community. The sales center is easily recognized with a Patrick Malloy Communities awning and two sets of French doors, which also provide loads of light for the center. One enters the sales center to a big WOW factor of an 8- by 10-foot topographic table and a full-wall lifestyle mural with logo. The dominant topographic table works as a focal point and pulls one into the sales center where the community demonstration begins.

Adding warmth, the right wall is a full-stone wall with a TV kiosk running Patrick Malloy Communities home pictures. The topographic table also provides ample storage space. The impact of the sales center is complemented with a lovely chandelier above the topographic table. Track lighting and loads of windows add plenty of light to the sales center. Additional sales displays include Welcome Home – the builder story, Lifestyle Display and community story, a point of interest map and a Lambert High School display completing the Wescott story.

A set of four steps lead to the hallway and separate one-car garage converted to a sales associate office and seating area. This area is complemented with a second TV kiosk and impact logos of Wescott and Patrick Malloy Communities. The sales center at Wescott has huge impact power and displays the luxurious community in a very open, light-filled space. In addition, the sales center has provided all the tools to demonstrate the community and pursue the sale.

Wescott is located across the street from award-winning Lambert High School and offers luxury homes with all the latest in new home design. Homes are priced from the mid-$600,000s in sought-after South Forsyth County. The community will be gated and will offer a community clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and fire pit area.
