Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Berkshire Hathaway City Haus/Marketing Results for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Website – Community category for No. 2 Opus Place. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
No. 2 Opus Place is presenting an exciting new center of modern culture and luxurious urban living in the heart of Atlanta’s flourishing Midtown. At 53 stories, once completed, Opus Place will be the tallest residential building in Atlanta’s popular Midtown area. With condos priced from $600,000 to $12 million, the target market ranges from young urban professionals to the wealthy elite.
The marketing campaign was creatively designed to appeal to both ends of the buyer spectrum. In the arts, an opus number usually denotes a work of musical composition, a practice and usage established in the seventeenth century when composers identified their works with an opus number. No. 2 Opus Place’s name, website and marketing campaign were built around this theme.
The website was strategically designed to resemble a sheet of music. It was designed to stand out and be different from the competition who was utilizing the tried and true small copy and large picture formats for their advertising campaigns. Instead, the Opus Place website focuses on the exact opposite with larger copy and smaller pictures. Large, easy to read copy wrapped around artfully placed visuals that highlighted the elegance and lifestyle of Midtown living. There are several unique aspects to the website such as panoramic views from the 15th, 30th, 45th and penthouse floors and an interactive POI map. Over the past year, 390 registered potential buyers toured our state-of-the-art sales gallery and the sales team wrote 49 pre-sales with a sales volume of over $41,775,000.
