Berkshire Hathaway City Haus and Marketing Results Win Best New Homes Publication

Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Berkshire Hathaway City Haus and Marketing Results for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Print Communications – New Homes Publication category. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

No. 2 Opus Place is presenting an exciting new center of modern culture and luxurious urban living in the heart of Atlanta’s flourishing Midtown. At 53 stories once completed, No. 2 Opus Place will be the tallest residential building in Atlanta’s popular Midtown area.

In the arts, an opus number usually denotes a work of musical composition, a practice and usage established in the seventeenth century when composers identified their works with an opus number. No. 2 Opus Place’s name and marketing campaign were built around this music theme. The ad campaign was strategically designed to resemble a sheet of music. The team wanted to stand out and be different from the competition who were utilizing the tried-and-true small copy and large picture formats for their advertising campaigns. Instead, the Opus Place ad design focused on the exact opposite — larger copy and smaller pictures. Large, easy-to-read copy wrapped around artfully placed visuals that highlighted the elegance and lifestyle of Midtown living.

The publication gives just enough information on the building and area to get affluent buyers interested, plus displays beautiful photography to give an idea of the views once the building is complete. The ad is kept clean and simple with large wording and sneak-peek photos.
