Founder Steve Weibel Named Chairman of the Board

Dubas has served as the company’s Vice President of Management Services and in other leadership roles since he joined the Company in 2019. As an industry expert, he has over 15 years of senior-level community association experience and advanced CMCA and AMS designations from the Community Associations Institute. His career trajectory was honed in the luxurious South Beach real estate market, where he worked with large-scale developments, high-rise condominium towers and declarant-controlled properties.
