Beacon Management Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Tasha Fulk to Vice President of Declarant Services. Fulk is responsible for directing the Beacon Management Services Homebuilder and Developer/Declarant business unit. Her responsibilities include overseeing operations and training, client relations, and managing direct reports under her supervision. She was previously the Director of Declarant Services with the company.

Fulk boasts an impressive resume with over 15 years of community association experience. Fulk is also responsible for numerous developer accounts, including Twin Lakes, one of Georgia’s premiere master-planned developments with over 2,600 homes at buildout.
