Deksha Patel Becomes Regional Manager for Growing Clientele

Beacon Management Services is pleased to announce it has hired Deksha Patel as Regional Manager to oversee a growing number of managers and their respective portfolio of customers. She will also be responsible for client retention, manager training, and operational support to senior leadership.

Patel brings extensive leadership experience after a long career in the hospitality industry, where she managed a diverse portfolio of hotels for major brands such as Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, and Marriott. As a regional manager, she was responsible for overseeing hotel operations, ensuring service excellence, optimizing financial performance, and implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction. Her expertise in multi-property management and strategic operations makes her an asset to Beacon’s leadership team. Patel received her Bachelor of Science degree from Golden State University in San Francisco.
