In 2020, Beacon welcomed the opportunity to manage Georgia’s largest master-planned community, Twin Lakes.  The massive development is approved for 2,600 lots and is actively being developed for approximately 1,300 lots in multiple phases. Lots have been sold to DR Horton, Eastwood Homes, and Fischer Homes.  In addition to comprehensive management services, Beacon created a 26-page welcome package for new homeowners and offered them a robust residential portal full of helpful community information at no additional cost.
