Blue Heron Nature Preserve is a nonprofit organization striving to connect visitors with nature through conservation, education, research and advocacy. Part of what makes Blue Heron Nature Preserve so great is the endless family-friendly events taking place every month. In August, Household Hikes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. for a discounted group entry price. Safe distances will be maintained throughout the hike while still allowing groups to engage, relax and connect with nature.
