Dedicated to promoting education, the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association is excited to announce its first Continuing Education (CE) program of 2021, Fair Housing: Don’t Be Fooled by a Handshake and a Smile. Join fellow Realtors virtually for this free CE Course on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to learn to recognize the signs of discrimination in various real estate services.

This free CE Course will focus on the Fair Housing Act and will help real estate professionals understand their rights and obligations under the law. Attendees will learn how to recognize the signs of discrimination in various real estate services. Additional discussion will include Article 10 of the Code of Ethics relating to Fair Housing, Redlining, Steering and the 8 Protected Classes Under Fair Housing.

Fair Housing: Don’t Be Fooled by a Handshake and a Smile will be live-streamed from Montebello, a new Cumming community by SR Homes.
