The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) is excited to announce its first Continuing Education (CE) Course of 2021: Closing Crashers and How to Keep Your Closing Out of a Ditch. Join fellow Realtors on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a free CE Course.

Presented by Vanessa Goggans, partner at Goggans, Stutzman, Hudson, Wilson & Mize, LLP, Closing Crashers will cover issues that commonly arise and how to keep closings on track. This course will provide 3 CE credits, courtesy of GSH Learning Institute.

Goggans serves as the firm’s real estate school director out of its Atlanta – Northside office. An author of 20+ courses for Georgia real estate licensees, she teaches an average of 600 students per year on various CE topics.

In 2021, Goggans was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), and in May of 2021, the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia awarded her the prestigious George A. Pindar Award for lifetime achievement in real estate law.

Closing Crashers will be held at Idylwilde, a new Hickory Flat community in Canton by The Providence Group.
