Atlanta-area Realtors are invited to be a part of the 2021 Cocktails and Communities Bus Tour on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). This year’s agent bus tour will visit three metro-Atlanta communities in East Cobb, Roswell and Alpharetta, ending the day at the Eastwood Homes Design Studio in Alpharetta
From 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., participants will enjoy four private tours, food, giveaways and valuable sales information.
The Cocktails and Communities Agent Bus Tour will visit the following locations:
- Tanglewood by Davidson Homes
- Hillandale by Patrick Malloy Communities
- The Maxwell by The Providence Group
The final stop on the Bus Tour is the Eastwood Homes Design Studio where attendees will enjoy a grand tour.
Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Eastwood Homes Design Studio, located at 1000 Mansell Exchange W. #350 in Alpharetta. The tour will depart at 10 a.m. sharp and return at 3 p.m.
