The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council recently gave awards to new homes sales professionals who performed at the “top” of their game during 2011’s third quarter. These Top Rung Award recipients received recognition for their outstanding Atlanta new homes sales achievements at the SMC’s holiday luncheon held in December at Maggianos. All winners received a Top Rung award and certificate from Atlanta SMC.
Atlanta new home sales professionals compare their sales figures at the close of each quarter and receive awards for top performances. The professionals can be evaluated as teams and individuals in terms of Closed Sales Units and Closed Sales Volume. All applicants must be Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association members in good standing.
The team comprised of Paula DiCioccia and Diane Baker from Lennar Homes took home both of the two Top Rung team awards, Team Volume Closed and Team Units Closed.
Mary Allen Ewing of Beazer Homes was awarded the Top Rung award in Individual Sales Units, and Sherrill Malnofski, also of Beazer Homes, earned the Top Rung award for Individual Closed Sales Volume.
