Sam Bass, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Atlanta new home builder Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods is this week’s guest on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Sam has been in the home building business for the past 25 years working in Florida, North Carolina and Georgia. His current job includes sales training and recruiting, as well as marketing and branding the company. Additionally, the builder has recently announced Acadia Realty.
Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods recently finished a facelift at Wellstone in Forsyth County off Georgia 400. This active adult community offers outstanding amenities including a pool, state of the art workout facility, kitchen facility, meeting room for community gatherings and an outdoor fireplace. The facelift includes a new potting shed with a weather vane and garden plots and updated mail center. Bass explains how they brought in more earth tones to match the craftsman style product in the community.
