Sarah Noel with Smith Douglas Communities is this week’s guest on the award-winning Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show. Sarah shares information on the builder’s most popular and newest communities, and her interview is followed by a discussion with Liz Gillespie of North American Properties.

Sarah Noel is the marketing manager for Smith Douglas Communities, and has been working with companies related to the home building industry for her entire career.

Smith Douglas Communities was founded in 2008 with a commitment to providing the lowest priced homes without compromising square footage, value or quality. Currently, they are building a variety of homes across the metro area, and they have even positioned themselves as the largest builder in Cherokee County with seven communities. They are also in the process of opening several communities, including a live, work, play community close to downtown Woodstock called The Glen at River Park; their first ever townhome community at Brynfield in Gwinnett County and building new Cumming homes in the established Ansley at Pilgrim Mill community.
