North American Properties is a 60-year-old company based in Cincinnati that has historically developed grocery store anchored power centers and multi-family developments. However, following the recession, they have had the opportunity to pick up some amazing properties, including Atlantic Station. Atlantic Station brings together walkability and proximity with the opportunity to live, work, shop and dine in the heart of Midtown. Residents and visitors to the development are in for a special treat this October as Containment, Atlanta’s largest haunted attraction inside the perimeter, derails itself at Atlantic Station.
