Anne Schwall is the Vice President of the SkyRise Group with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Anne started off her career as an assistant principal, but switched to real estate as an onsite agent for condominiums in 2003.
The SkyRise Group focuses on multifamily housing including high rise condominiums and townhomes. Currently, this division handles the sales and marketing for The Sovereign, Mandarin Oriental, The Aberdeen and Bellingrath Townhomes. New construction condominium inventory has been depleted from what it once was, so buyers have less options to choose from. However, there are still great condominium opportunities available that offer luxury living and a desirable live, work, play lifestyle.

Our next guest is Kirk Avery who is a New Home Consultant with Soleil Laurel Canyon. In his real estate career, Kirk has been a sales manager with Patrick Malloy Communities, and now he is a new home consultant at Soleil Laurel Canyon, an Active Lifestyle Community.
Soleil Laurel Canyon, located in Canton, is an active adult community based upon the premise of living an active adult lifestyle in a resort-style community. They recently opened their new model park, which displays nine new model homes ranging in size from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet with pricing from $199,000 to $500,000. Common features of these homes include large kitchens with islands, open living areas, zero-step entries, wide doorways and roll-in showers. The community is also often referred to as a “cruise ship on land” because of the variety of fantastic amenities and activities offered to the residents.
