Colin Edelstein is the director of NorSouth Constructs. He has been in the industry for almost 15 years in a variety of capacities all centered around the multifamily housing industry.
NorSouth is a 25-year-old company with a multi-faceted business model that includes development, management and construction. NorSouth Constructs is a third-party multifamily general contractor that brings a unique perspective to multifamily development due to their corporate background. Some examples of their projects include a recently completed 28 unit development for homeless veterans, and they just started pre construction on a unit that will offer more than 300 units.

Justin Atcheson is the owner of Builders Floor Covering and Tile. Until 2008, Justin was a builder, but in 2009 and 2010 when the market downturn caught up with him, he decided to purchase Builders Floor Covering and Tile from its previous owner.
When Justin Turned took over the company, he helped turn it from a 90 percent builder business to 50 percent builder and 50 percent retail.
