Thom Abbot with Thomas Ramon Realty at Palmer House Properties is this week’s guest on the award-winning Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show. Thom gives us an update on the Midtown real estate market, and his interview is followed by round table discussions with Molly Gunn of The Porter Beer Bar and Todd DiMatteo of Brick Store Pub on their nationally ranked establishments.

Thom Abbott is an associate broker with Thomas Ramon Realty at Palmer House Properties. Thom has lived all across the country, and has had his real estate license since 2004 and his broker’s license since 2007.

Thom is well known in Atlanta for his blog, My Midtown Mojo, which is a niche market site about Midtown Atlanta and the surrounding communities. Visitors of the blog will find community pages, market reports, listings and other interesting information about the Midtown area.

However, if you are a buyer looking to purchase in Midtown, there is not a lot left. Condominium buildings that once had 30 or 40 listings are now down to just two or three listings. On the flip side, this is good news for those who are willing and able to sell in this area because many sellers are seeing multiple bid situations.
