Carol Flammer, Delaney Young, Gene Kerley and Joe Kerley are this week’s guests on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Carol and Delaney talk about how today’s home buyers are using social media to search for Atlanta new homes, while Joe and Gene share how they are growing their family business.
Carol Flammer is the managing partner of Marketing RELEVANCE, and Delaney Young is an account coordinator with the company. Marketing RELEVANCE is a marketing, communication and interactive agency with offices in both Atlanta and Chicago. While today’s buyers are still turning to their friends and neighbors for advice when buying a new home, these conversations are moving more and more to an online setting. Buyers today are looking for that social proof, they want to make sure their friends have “liked” the product or company and that the company has user reviews, both positive and negative. They are first searching through listing service sites, then checking out builder’s websites and then finally visiting the builders social media presence before making their ultimate decision.
