Leslie stated that winning the coveted Rookie Salesperson of the Year Award meant so much to her that it made her entire year! As the primary salesperson for Smith Douglas’ Woodward Crossing, Gatewood Arbor, Longview and Stoneview communities in 2014, Leslie experienced extraordinary success. Since beginning her career with Smith Douglas Homes exactly one year ago on Jan. 2, 2014, she has opened three new startup communities and closed out one established community!
The Smith Douglas team has praised Leslie for her veteran-like poise as she has expertly managed communities through their various stages. In addition to working closely with the sales team, vendor partners and the various departments within Smith Douglas Homes, she has also created an excellent rapport with home buyers, as she always goes above and beyond to ensure that they have a pleasant and simplified homebuying experience.
