Laura Kowski with The Providence Group is interviewed live at the 34th annual OBIE Awards in this special broadcast of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Named the Online Specialist of the Year at the event, Laura is on hand to discuss what the award means to her, what an online specialist does and what The Providence Group has planned for 2015.

Laura says that being recognized as the Online Specialist of the year is a huge honor for her. The Providence Group website receives around 450 leads per month, and she personally follows up with each person via phone and email. Her goal is to set up an appointment with the prospective buyer, as well as determine what they’re looking for in their new home. By the time these buyers visit a community, the team has narrowed down a few available floor plans that are meant for them. This feature allows The Providence Group to better serve its customers.

When asked about the team that supports her and made this win possible, Laura credits her boss, Kelly Fink, The Providence Group’s vice president of marketing and online sales. Laura says that Kelly has won many awards for both marketing and online sales. Thanks to Kelly’s expertise as one of the best in the business, she has taught Laura everything she needs to know to be successful at her job.

As the fifth largest builder in Atlanta, The Providence Group offers both townhomes and single-family homes priced from the $200,000s to $1 million-plus. Laura says that she and the entire team are excited for 2015, as The Providence Group will be launching 15 new communities and multiple new model homes. One of the most anticipated communities for 2015 is Bellmoore Park, a new community in Johns Creek, which is currently taking names for the VIP Interest List.
