Bob Rademacher and Terry Swanson are this week’s guests on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio.
Bob Rademacher is the Vice President of Kolter Signature Homes. He has been in the industry for 20 years, and he most recently joined Kolter Signature Homes to develop their active adult brand in the southeast. The builder’s main platform for this brand is Cresswind at Lake Lanier.
Cresswind is Kolter’s first attempt to develop an active adult community that sets itself apart from all of the rest. So far, they have done this with great success. Since Cresswind is right on Lake Lanier, the community offers a full marina perfect for the avid sailor or casual rider. Other unique features of the community include 95 percent private lots, its dedication to nature conservation and a brand new 40,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features all of the standard items you would expect, but it also focuses on the way people live with regards to fitness, nutrition and relationships.
