Jason Schwartz, sales manager for Fischer Homes, Atlanta division, is today’s guest on the All About Real Estate edition of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Interviewed live at the 34th annual OBIE Awards, Jason was on hand to discuss the builder’s Best Building Design award, as well as plans for 2015.
Fischer Homes was awarded an OBIE in the Best Building Design – Detached Model ($500,000 to $749,999) category for its Keller floor plan, which is featured as the model home at Millstone Manor, a new community in Woodstock. Featuring a unique solarium on the main floor, it is the perfect place for reading, relaxing and watching the sunset. This spacious floor plan also offers a study or optional guest suite on the main floor, a morning room located off of the spacious kitchen and a distinct three-way staircase.
Upstairs, this spectacular floor plan includes a large owner’s suite with a sitting area and a spa-like master bath complete with dual vanities, a walk-in closet and a separate tub and shower. Also located on the second level are three secondary bedrooms, which each include large closets and a shared hall bath.
Finally, the Keller model home offers a fantastic basement that has been completed to include a media area, game area that is perfect for children and a second kitchen. The basement space in this floor plan will allow homeowners to modify the area to fit the needs of their family, as additional bedrooms and baths, kitchens, home offices and more can be added.
Jason notes that this OBIE Award is special to Fischer Homes as the builder is relatively new in the Atlanta market. The award seems to validate the success of both the builder and its building and sales teams.
