David Haddow with Haddow and Company is this week’s guest on the award-winning Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show. David gives his insight into the Atlanta condo market, and his interview is followed by a discussion with Lynn McIntyre of the Chattahoochee Nature Center.

David Haddow is the president of Haddow and Company, a real estate consulting firm founded in 1989 that is located in the Hurt Building in downtown Atlanta.

David’s company specializes in solving various real estate problems; whether it’s the best use for a property, whether to buy a property, what to do with your surplus property, etc., they can analyze the situation to come up with a solution. In fact, one of the projects they worked on back in 1999, tracking the intown Atlanta condo market, turned into a tradition that still continues today with their bi-annual Atlanta market report.

As for the state of the Atlanta condo market today, according to David, most of the condominiums that were built back in 2007 are finally being sold or turned into rental properties. This means that Atlanta might finally start to see new condominium development in the near future.
