Our next guest is Brian Macaluso the CEO of Dr. Roof. Based in Roswell, Dr. Roof is a residential and commercial roof replacement and repair company. Brian says that the most common way to gauge when a roof needs attention is by the age. If you’re roof needs replacing, and you’re thinking about making it more “green,” there are a couple of options out there. The most common eco-friendly fix Dr. Roof currently offers is non-electrical venting. However, Brian shared that there are a few manufacturers who offer solar powered shingles, and Dr. Roof has applied to be the first Georgia company to be eligible to sell and install them.
