Jason Schwartz with Fischer Homes is this week’s guest on the award-winning Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show. Schwartz talks about what Fischer Homes is currently offering in the Atlanta market, as well as what home buyers have to look forward to throughout 2014.

Jason Schwartz is the Atlanta division sales manager for Fischer Homes. As a 21 year veteran in the real estate business, Schwartz started with Fischer last year to help them build the Atlanta division. Fischer Homes hasn’t been in Atlanta very long, but they have been building homes for more than 30 years. As a privately held and owned company based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, Fischer Homes first branched out of the local Cincinnati market just three years ago.

Fischer Homes chose to move to the Atlanta market because they felt it was the right area at the right time. The company was able to secure land in some of the market’s most desirable areas at a great deal, and it felt that the plans and designs offered by the company would be well-received by Atlanta home buyers.

Fischer Homes was correct in assuming that Atlanta new home buyers would love the company’s offerings, as buyers have been very excited about seeing new plans and elevations when they visit a Fischer community. Fischer offers a slightly different product than what was previously available to the Atlanta market, and the builder is not afraid to put different elevations, styles and colors next to each other to create visual interest in a community.

The past year was a busy one for Fischer Homes, as they had 12 communities open for sales throughout metro Atlanta. Currently building in West Cobb, South Forsyth, Cherokee County and the Sugar Hill area of Gwinnett County, the builder has four model homes with a fifth one under construction in Forsyth County.

Fischer Homes has a very exciting 2014 planned. In addition to the new model home opening, the builder will also begin selling its Grand Estate series homes in late January. These stunning homes are more than 5,000 square feet and offer five bedrooms and full basements. Priced between $800,000 and $1 million, these homes will be built in an established, prestigious Roswell community.
