Gernatt is an Atlanta native, he grew up in Marietta and attended Georgia Tech. Additionally, he is the proud father of five children. He has been in the homebuilding industry his entire career.
David Weekley Homes is the third largest privately held homebuilder in the country. Founded in 1976, the company is built on the premise of customer service, choice and design. The purpose of the company is building dreams and enhancing lives.
