Smith Douglas Homes’ upcoming continuing education (CE) classes are the current Deal of the Week on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio! During November and December, the builder has four continuing education (CE) classes planned, allowing metro Atlanta Realtors and agents the opportunity to complete their education requirements for the year. In addition to providing the hours needed to stay licensed, the courses offer agents great industry knowledge, a lunch and networking opportunity and a tour of the new home communities the classes are held at.
The first CE class will be held at Gatewood Arbors on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014. Located in Lawrenceville, Gatewood Arbors is just minutes from the Mall of Georgia, Highway 316 and I-85, providing homeowners with a convenient location near major highways and the best shopping, dining and entertainment options. In addition, the community is part of the sought-after Mountain View High School cluster, making the community a huge draw for families, which is Smith Douglas Homes’ primary market.
In addition to the Gatewood Arbors class, Smith Douglas Homes will host three CE classes in December:
- Dec. 4 at River Brooke in Canton
- Dec. 11 at Amberleigh in Gainesville
- Dec. 18 at Palisades in Dallas
