Today’s All About Real Estate guest on the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show is Steve Brock, the president of Brock Built. Celebrating its 30th year in the business, Brock Built is a boutique home builder offering products in a variety of markets in metro Atlanta, as well as in Charleston, South Carolina. Known for being an in-town builder, Brock Built is a pioneer in creating dynamic communities in prime areas that haven’t seen previous development.

In northwest Atlanta, the builder has been active in redeveloping a variety of areas, with more than 800 new homes built so far. One of these communities is Dupont Commons, which is now down to its final opportunity. Conveniently located between Midtown and Buckhead, the community has an intimate, small-town atmosphere that makes it a great place to call home.

Perhaps Brock Built’s most popular community right now is West Highlands, currently being developed on 230 acres in the heart of Atlanta. This master-planned development will include new single-family homes, multi-family units, green space, parks, walking trails, a children’s playground, picnic areas, an amphitheater and more. The Craftsman-style bungalows Brock Built is building at West Highlands offer 1,800 to 3,000 square feet, two-car garages, front porches and a variety of luxurious interior features. In addition, the homes at West Highlands are built to Brock Built’s GreenSmart® standards, meaning they will effectively save homeowners energy and money!

Another buzzed-about new community that is coming soon from Brock Built is Adam’s Vineyard, which will be located on 20 acres in downtown Norcross. The property is home to a majestic grove of old growth trees and a mature vineyard of muscadine vines, which Brock Built is preserving as a unique park space at the heart of the community. In addition to the wooded area and vineyard, Brock Built is adding a community garden, barn, amphitheater, swings and a tee box, meaning homeowners will have their very own practice tee!

The homes at Adam’s Vineyard will be set very close to the street so that residents will be able to walk right out of their front door and across the street into the park. The home plans will feature spacious front porches, terrace levels, rear decks, a variety of outdoor living areas. Interiors will showcase 10-foot ceilings, heavy trim, hardwood floors, high-quality kitchens, and three to five bedrooms. Buyers will also have options for either rear-entry detached garages with a courtyard or traditional front-facing garages that are set back from the face of the home. Final pricing has not been released yet, but Brock Built expects the homes to range from $495,000 to the $700,000s. Like all of Brock Built’s communities, Adam’s Vineyard will provide its residents with a charming and tranquil place to call home.
