Ansley Brooks with Brock Built Homes is this week’s guest on the award-winning Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show. Right now, they are starting three new communities in different parts of the metro Atlanta area. Glenaire in east Atlanta will offer craftsman bungalow style homes from the low $300,000s near Grant Park and Glenwood Park. In Woodstock, they are starting single family homes priced from the mid $200,000s at Oakhurst, which will also offer a clubhouse and pool. Finally, Manget in Marietta will feature homes within walking distance from the square from the mid $200,000s.

Cassandra Buckalew, president of the Historic Marietta Trolley Company, is our next guest. Cassandra is an Atlanta native who grew up in Cobb County, and she started the Trolley in 2008 in order to share her love of the community.
Marietta Trolley Company offers a one hour fully narrated tour of 42 sites around Marietta, Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield, Glover Park and more at set times on Thursday through Sunday. In addition, riders may choose to rent these climate controlled trolleys, which can be open air or fully enclosed, for their own private events. Both residents of the area and out of town guests are sure to learn something new about this historic city on the tour, and those looking for a little bit of ghostly fun are invited to the company’s Scary-Etta Haunted Trolley tours.
