Corey Deal, executive officer of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), recently appeared on Atlanta’s Best New Homes to promote the HBA’s Atlanta Parade of Homes, which begins this Friday, April 20.  The scattered-site parade of homes will feature dozens of dream homes.

Many home builders associations across the country, says Deal, host these parades as an opportunity for their local builders to showcase their stunning model homes to potential home buyers. Twenty-two Atlanta builders are participating in this year’s parade of homes, including Taylor Morrison, Edward Andrews Homes, Smith Douglas Homes, Jim Chapman Communities, Brightwater Homes and The Providence Group, among several others. Across 10 counties, the builders will display their hard work through their well-appointed model homes of all sizes, architectural styles and price points.

Buyers can learn all about the available homes and where to visit them by heading to www.ATLHomesParade.com. Additionally, buyers can map out their tours on the official Atlanta Parade of Homes app. Finally, AJC subscribers can look forward to today’s issue, which will showcase an official publication from the Atlanta Parade of Homes.

Further, attendees of the Atlanta Parade of Homes can be entered to win prizes when they tour a model home. The grand prize is a design package from Haven Design Works, valued at $5,000. The grand prize can be used for an outdoor dining area or and outdoor seating area with a firepit. Two additional prizes of Big Green Egg grills will be given away.
